Georges Charpak, Founder

The founder of the company, Georges Charpak was awarded the 1992 Nobel Prize for his discoveries in particle
detection for high energy physics. Besides his involvement with scientific instrumentation, Georges is
very active on matters such as nuclear related risks and science education, and has authored several
general public books. He is a member of the board of two medtech companies.
Jean-Luc Boulnois, President
Dr. Boulnois is also
President and CEO of Microline Pentax, a subsidiary of Pentax in Tokyo, Japan,
that develops, manufactures and markets laparoscopic surgical instruments worldwide.
Dr. Boulnois is also Founder and President of Interactive Consulting, Inc.,
a management consulting firm specializing in Business Development
for European early stage medical technology companies entering the US market. From 2000 to 2004, Dr. Boulnois was Director,
New Technology at Arrow International in charge of technology and market assessment in the New Business Development Group.
Dr. Boulnois is a member of the Advisory Council of the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department of Princeton University.
Dr. Boulnois has a dual French-American citizenship and has lived in the United States for 21 years.
Geoffroy de Ribains, Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity

Geoffroy de Ribains represents Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners
on the Board of the company. After starting his career as a biotech consultant,
in 1999 he joined Pavonis Inc., a biotechnology start-up based in Boston,
as a research scientist. In 2001, Geoffroy joined Atlas Venture as a Life Sciences analyst
in Paris. Since 2003, Geoffroy has been part of the Life Sciences team of
Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners.
Olivier Denigot, UFG

Olivier Denigot represents Nord Europe Private Equity at Biospace Lab Board of Directors. Olivier participates in
several other boards of companies in the IT and healthcare areas.

Arnaud Houette, CEO of Capsule Technologie, the world’s leading provider of
solutions for medical device data integration, is an independent Board
Member.
Bruno Brisson, Independant board member

Bruno holds a Master of Science in Biotechnologies and has been in the biotech business for 15 years.
After spending some years in technology transfer in France, he held a position as a Research Associate and Business Analyst in a consulting firm of Chicago, USA.
Bruno came back to France in 2001 to participate to the launch of a biotechnology incubator and then took a position
of Business Development Manager during four years at Cellectis, biotech start-up specialized in genome engineering and now quoted on the AlterNext.
Then Bruno spent two years as Director, Business Development, at Mauna Kea Technologies, Medtech start-up focused on in-vivo microscopic imaging.
After more than two years as Director Sales & Marketing, and then President & CEO of Biospace Lab, Bruno had to leave Paris for personal reasons and
stepped back at the end of July 2009 from the Chief Executive Officer position. Under his management the company sales doubled in two years and
he consolidated the position of Biospace Lab as one of the leaders in the preclinical imaging field.
Since then he remains as a member of the Board of Director to serve as an advisor but without executive responsibilities.
